     My husband and I had been just toying with the idea of getting a new Forester.On Sept 8,while shopping at the mall,on a whim,we decided to just stop at your dealership to pick up a brochure on Foresters.
     Keith Barnes introduced himself and asked if he could help us.Because he took the time to respond politely to a casual drop in customer,answer my questions,and show me around,we bought a Forester 2 days later.
     We have bought many new cars,from many different dealerships,but I can say this was the best experience we have ever had with a dealer and Keith is the main reason for this feeling.He treats his customers as friends and neighbors.
     I will recommend your dealership,but I will strongly suggest to anyone looking for a new or used Subaru that they see Keith Barnes there.

Keep the Secor Subaru team together! Carlos Pineda was my Sales Consultant on my previous Subaru as well, he's professional and attentive to customers needs. It took ME awhile to figure out exactly what I wanted, and Carlos remained extremely patient and courteous with me throughout the entire process. I was in contact with Carlos several times throughout my purchasing process, and he always made himself available to answer any and all of my questions, regardless of time, including during the evening and on weekends. This man went as far as putting his "personal cell" number on his business card, and always says "Call me anytime". If that doesn't show the level of commitment he has to Subaru and the Secor Corporation, I don't know what does. He went above and beyond the call, to be sure I was comfortable with my purchase and make sure I got exactly what I wanted in my vehicle. Paul Holden, General Sales Manager, was very friendly and extremely helpful with the process of handling my trade-in and making sure EVERYTHING went smooth as glass! He has a way of making you feel as if you're doing business with a friend, and makes the process of purchasing a new vehicle feel totally pressure free and effortless. Steve Brown, Finance Manager, is always courteous and professional. Steve made sure I understood every document I was signing. Steve has been the Finance Manager on ALL FOUR of my Subaru Legacy's. I hope to work with Steve again. Joe Tewksbury, Service Manager, is always friendly. Whenever I step foot in the Service Department, Joe always greets me by first name. He must see hundreds of faces and he still says "Hi Chris. How're you doing?". He's knowledgeable about all the technical stuff and always willing to lend a helping hand. So, like I said, KEEP THIS WINNING TEAM TOGETHER! All of these men are different and have their own ways of handling things, but they are ALL professionals in their respective departments. They make you feel like you're doing business with friends and family. Thank you Secor Subaru!

Who says new car buying can't be pleasant? We thought that until we met Carlos Pineda a sales consultant from your dealership. There was no arrogant hard sell tactics at all. He was polite, pleasant and easy to deal with. He was also extremely knowledgeable regarding the cars you sell at the dealership. We wil be back!!

I am writing once again to extend my appreciation to Carlos Pineda for his OUTSTANDING customer service.  Since the purchase of my 2007 Subaru Forester, Carlos has made himself available, helping me keep up with the routine services needed.  Carolos goes out of his way to make the services calls easy for me to schedule and all my coworkers and friends have to keep hearing about the phenomenal service that he provides.  I am confident that anyone in the market for a new vehicle will, at the very least, come to Secor Subaru because of the customer service that Carlos devotes not only during the sale, but more so the customer service he devotes afterwards.
