Cross Country Appreciation

"I am a Subaru owner (2012 Forester) from Seattle, Washington. In July, my wife and I drove across country to visit the Connecticut shore. Near the end of our trip, one of our turn signals quit working. Obviously, a safety concern, and one we needed to address asap. I discovered that Secor Subaru was pretty close to where we were staying. I drove up (July 13) and asked for assistance at your service center, where I received prompt and excellent service. A staff member checked out the problem, completed a parts form (Invoice 9628), and installed the new lamp. He would only charge me for the lamp ($5.99), and even declined the $20 bill this most grateful customer tried to give him. "Just doing my job" he said.  We have been well cared for at are Subaru dealership and service shop in Seattle (Carter Subaru), but this experience at Secor made me feel like I was part of a Subaru family, more so than anything in the nine years we have owned our car. Your loyal support gives pets a soft place to land when times get tough.  The pets you've healed are few on words, but they sure do show their gratitude through tickly whiskers, happy tail wags, and the excited pitter-patter of paws.
